LOL

last week 3 different polls showed a lead to the "no" side!

so seems like you were right, i think you were up to something with chirac and his ignorance too. The reason why they vote no is probably because of him, not the constitution! STUPID, i hate refferendums! same thing in the swedish EMU refferendum, people didnt have clue what they voted on, they just voted against it because they didnt like Gran Prsson or Brussels (which is not even where the ECB is located!!)!

Humans move as the crow flies in social or political matters? What part of history has ever given you this impression? In these matters Humans are of the Bumper Car Nature

News of a similar nature came from Denmark today. It turns out that only 38% of danes are aware that eating GM-food *will not* alter your own genes. The other 72% ignorant fools were succesful at holding back research into nuclear fission, and now they're doing the same with GM-food. Technocracy *cannot* be worse than this democracy-thing.

Happy Birthday!!! (even though nobody noticed mine..... )

Btw is it because of the changes in labour law that will be required that the frenchies are pissed off?

Well, you didn't create a new thread then, did you? St. Andrew made sure to create a "happy birthday to me"-thread camouflaged by some old "news" (already debated here) he dug up. Watch and learn

^^^ LOL exactly that was my plan!

anyway, happy birthday + one month

Being geographically challenged for years, I've come to know you Swedes and your tricks... Seeming all nice and calm at first, but once you get passionate or drunk, you turn narcissistic, sick, or (worst) chatty.

Eh? You're being serious? I hope this is not april fools or something...I always had the feeling that people disliked GM foods because of potential undiscovered negative health effects related to possible undesireable chemicals created because of unintentional synthetization of harmful proteins by newly combined DNA. But they're scared of it because they think it will change their genes?? Ah, yes, democracy is horrible

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/articl...1592508,00.html looks like things are changing
