Hey peeps.....

How do I insert a picture into my posts?, I know that I deserve a good whipping but I just cant figure it out.

you can upload it to photobucket.com its a free picture hosting website.

You can't use images from your HDD.

TranceReality, you need to upload your pictures to an internet host so you can link the files through the image tags. Try Photobucket, it's free.

Well, for one I'm really not a trance fanatic anymore. More of a tech/electro/acid/funk/progressive house fanatic, with a helping of techno. I do also DJ, however, mainly for my personal enjoyment

Have you uploaded the picture to your directory first, and appropriately linked it using the information below the picture? Clicking on 'properties' over that image only shows your directory on Photobucket, and not a particular file.
