Problems with Bedrock Digital Downloads?

Is anyone else having problems with Bedrocks DD service?

I purchased like $50 in tracks from there today and when it took me to the "Download" area, all of the "Download" buttons were disabled...

Anyone else ever have problems with it?

I bought a few songs from them too and I never got the download email after I payed for them. I emailed them a few days ago and havn't gotten a response yet. Have you tried emailing bedrock?
