Midwest TA Dinner - Friday before ADDICTION!!!

Here's the plan. We'd like to get all of the TAs that will be in town on Friday together for dinner. Please RSVP to this thread so I can get a good count.

It's priced pretty much like a family restaurant (Applebee's, Fridays, etc). The food is good and I hear the beer is pretty good too.
