Howells or Dave Seaman

Allrite....its Friday night here is San Francisco and I need to choose one of the following events for the weekend:

- Dave Seaman with Luke Chable
- Danny Howells

Wish I could go to both but its not happening....which one do you guys think will be better?? Howells just came out with a brilliant GU027 but Seaman is old school and I have never seen him before...

i would be going to seaman & chable for sure, that would be a no brainer for me.

The answer is simple you go to both shows, because Seaman/Chable is tonight in SF 4/8/05 and Howells/Fanciulli is sat night 4/9/05 in SF.

Howells/Fanciulli were here in Denver last night (fanciulli destroyed the place btw) and they're in Chicago tonight at soundbar.

Sorry....I should have made that clearer....Seaman and Chable is tonight ...and Howells is tomorrow night..

i would for sure go to both events but given the fact that that is not an option i would for sure go to howells...
even more now that i read that fanciulli will be playing over there also (you should have mentioned that in your post btw)...fanciulli by himself is worth seeing more than chable and seaman...this guy is awesome and made quite some hype during the wmc...
chable is still learning how to play out and seaman has become boring...
your clear choice is mr. howells with rising star nic fanciulli!

If i knew that Fanciulli was playing then it would be easy to decide...but I can't tell if he is going to be there or not..none of the flyers indicate that he is playing...but he seems to be touring with Danny...

LOl howells is HOT right now, i would go see him. He ripped it at Ultra and his Miami GU 27 is mint! Chable and Seaman are probably hit or miss. Danny Howells is hit or hit.

Howells for sure, his GU27 is the shit and his sets are always cool.
Seaman is cool too ofcourse but Chable needs some more time me thinks.

Taking cue from his Group Therapy moniker � featured here with an exclusive reprise and remix of new wave stars Tears For Fears �Closest Thing to Heaven� � Dave drops a fresh-faced blend of electro-tinged funk with rock elements that will take your breath away.

DAVE SEAMAN has been one of the world�s leading DJs for the past decade. Be it landmark residencies at Shelleys, remixing some of the biggest and best names in music - Kylie, Sting, Placebo or Billy Ray Martin are just the tip of the iceberg, or cranking out his own material under the guises of Brothers in Rhythm, Dave Seaman or Audio Therapy. Dave Seaman is one of the most prolific men in dance. More recently he has been using his landed status to break new talent via his own compilation series, �Therapy Sessions�, a unique concept in which Dave goes disc to disc with the best emerging talent the world has to offer. Phil K took up the tandem reigns for the first volume, while Volume 2 highlights the talented Luke Chable. The most notable recent example, �Ride�, co-penned with Bonicci, is about to be re-released on Alternative Route with a heavily supported King Unique remix. First time round it garnered the �Essential New Tune� from Pete Tong and was picked up for Sander Kleinenberg�s �Everybody� compilation also on Renaissance. Other recent tracks of distinction include LoStep - �Burma�, his Global Underground signed project with Phil K, which Sasha re-worked for his �Involver� album, and Nubreed�s[/i] �One Day�[/i], featuring the combined talents of all three Melbournites. after the gu i'd go for howells, that really impressed me and while i like chable i'd believe a night full of prog breaks would be more boring

but then again i dunno how are these guys live, so can't help you much

it wouldn't be a full night of prog breaks!!! but you don't seem to know, so you're not much help.

Danny Howells

I saw Seaman and Chable 2 weeks ago for their album tour. Chable got on first...he was alright. Seaman came on at 3 and ripped the place apart. defintely better than when I saw DAnny Howelsl at New Years.

Hard to pick , Howells is ace and seaman is also great...

i would go with seaman, a lot of people say hes boring and what not. But the 2 times i seen him he stole the show and totally suprised everyone
