Almost IDed

Long ago someone posted a note about a lyric going like "lots of drugs, give me lots of drugs ... I can never never get enough" somewhere on this forum. I found the note in an archive when googling.
I have the track, but know it only as
"Mr music hits no 5 -94 - Track05"
The right chorus is "Dr Love, give me Dr Love. You're the one that I've been dreaming of. Dr Love, give me Dr Love. I can never never get enough." It sounds like Leila K, but I don't think it's her.
Any clues?
