I'm retarded. But. I like clubs, because... yeah.

Wow, what a lame ass opening. Anyways, I was wondering if we all could hunker down and start listing off some clubs in the Atlanta area since I can't think of tooooo many. Ever since the Globe shut down... just... just blah!

So... here's the one's I know of

Eleven50 (effin' duh)
The Combine
and some Mark Lounge or sumthin'

I'm talking about clubs that play acutal EDM djs and not djs that shout out like some mc with Tourettes.

oh god!!! the glob that horrible place. i hated how drug ridden it was!!

eleven50 has a intresting vibe to it but some great dj's come there!

the mark- LOVE that place. i wish i was there right now. (i'm sick right now)

to be honest- i don't do any place else. those are the two clubs that bring the dj's i want to see otherwise if another club has a dj i want to see i'll go. i don't like exploring in this city...too much hip hop i find

i miss clubs/warehouses/old buildings like: nike pavilon, tabernacle, the warehouse, dekalb arts center, international ballroom,north atlanta trade center.

but ummm, let's see, other clubs

crescent room has some decent stuff sometimes

lava lounge i hear has some good progressive a lot of the time (i seriously wanna check this place out!! supposedly thursday nights are good?? anyone wanna check it out next week??)

and i hear tongue and groove in buckhead actually bumps some decent toonage on occasion??

oh and uh, check out fluid in buckhead too!! not sure exactly on what nights are good and stuff, but there's usually some really decent djs there!!

and uhhh, i guess there's a new edm club in underground?? but i think it's a fetish club too or something

but you must come to the mark ultra lounge sometime, sick sick place!!! jimmy van m rocked it there last night ^9999___ i think the next big parties there are noel sanger on the 29, and then dj dan there on may 6!!!!

that place is tight@!! can't wait to see junior vasquez there on the 23rd, 'specially since the weather's getting warmer and it's nice to just chill outside there
(oh, and you do know krysta, that place is always filled with tech people, i would think you would feel out of place )

I go up there for a big gig someday, but other then that, that place scares me the shit out of me

I was playing frisbee in the park and gettin CRUNKED with the ATL TA's...for...erm...about 2 days now.

goin to dave seaman + Luke chable tonight, BUTTT that is besides the point...(i could tell u alot of Puerto rican clubs, butttt,, we're in the ATL.)

CLUBS:

Eleven50= big.ok.yeah/.not the shit

Riviera= spacy, chilin. ok

The Mark Ultra Lounge= Best club in Atlanta, believe me

dude, quit playin frizbie all the time and get with the news, riviera closed and is a hip hop club now!! lol ? (i'll never forget my first party ever, which was there seeing tiesto in october 2002... also met this focker mr. pink there for the first time at nick warren / icey last year. can't say i'll miss the club too much, but we got some good memories there!)

accept no substitute.... 1150.. im not going to it again.. unless sander or morillo play in it.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Vision yet. Saturday nights are off the hook. The place is closed for renovations right now though. But I always have a good wasted time at Vision. It's huge and they make good drinks. Plus it s a better crowd than eleven50. Better looking too.

Vision is a good time. I concur. I'm glad they're renovating too, their layout is terrible.
