Please help find the correct name to this track

I found this on digitally imported and left it labeled as it was, but I can't find this track anywhere on vinyl or CD. If you can identify it, I'd be most grateful.

The track on di.fm is titled
Tillmann Uhrmacher On the Run (mike-s 2003 remix)

Lyrics "running across the sea ...leaving footprints in the stars,
I've been searching my soul, searching my heart, searching near and far..."

The closest I can come is Digitalus feat. Jon & Martin "footprints in the stars"

Is this correct? The mp3 is below

Yes but why isn't this remix found on any vinyl even if it is a bootleg it's gotta exist on a white label somewhere? Is it perhaps aka the club vocal mix? or is this mix just a rarity?

This is definitly NOT "Tillmann Uhrmacher - On The Run"! Neither any remix nor a bootleg. It even doesn't contain the melody of "On The Run".
