Since I can't go to a club...

I bring the club to me

*2x Technics 1210's MKII
*Shure's M35s needles
*Pioneer djm-300 mixer (probably be a 600 soon)
*Sony MDR-v500 head phones ( i was thinking of upgrading this, but since i can't have it loud this is just fine)
* and my new l337 turntable desk. It was that or on the dining room table!

Right now i'm using my promedia speakers connected to my POS rca reciever. funny story i had to buy the crappy RCA soundsytem because the promedia's were too good. My negibor downstairs keep complianing of the bass..... even when the bass was ALL THE WAY DOWN

honorable mention: My Herclues DJ console... that thing rocked it hard! i love it. Now the boredom finally ends

is that an effects pad on the left?

Posted by Orbital32 on Apr-10-2005 17:27:

no, actually its a herclues DJ console for the PC. used with virtual DJ or traktor studio it's the bomb for mp3's

but hot damn! i CAN make it to an effect pad thanks for the idea! It can be programmegd for effects

I'll soon be getting some CDJ's as well.

Wow, thats really kool! Only drawback i thought to traktor was just the single use of a mouse, with this...might change some things

The DJ Console was worth it.

One thing i have to say that i have NO will power. I wish I did, but i don't. hence this:

Hey if you really can use that DJ console for Tracktor...that really would open up more range of possibilities, now that you could change two controls at once. I'll definitely have to look into this...

Posted by Orbital32 on Apr-11-2005 02:32:

you can control each part with midi/asio controls

i prefer virutal DJ, but the thing just rocks!

How are those headphones john? i heard many mixed reviews about them, I am really interested in them...although I already have the mdr-v700s

it's really deep in bass, one thing i noticed is that it's hard to keep on with one ear. but maybe it needs to be broken in.
