Last night has to be the BEST night we have had at the Mark... Jimmy was on point, the crowd was on point and it sounded like body thumping turbosound should sound..
Thanks again to everyone who came out and supported the night and a huge thank you to Jimmy for playing an incrediable set of music.. and we can't forget Brock, who was there to hear Jimmy play even with terminal cancer... Good luck Brock, our thoughts and prayers go out to you... Thanks for make it a night to remember.
See everyone at Noel Sanger on Friday April 29th.

Thanks to everyone who came out. I want to thank Jory for coming in and opening up. The poor guy had a 103' fever but still layed it down for Jimmy.
As to Jimmy's set I think it was one of the best ones to grace the decks at the mark. He was totally playing to the crowd and the Mark was still packed at 3am when we started winding down!!
So again, thanks to everyone who came out! Jimmy said he had a great time and that this was one of two shows he kept before moving to Barcelonna next week. He is looking forward to coming back!
NEXT UP!! NOEL SANGER 04/29...
Take care...

dude, this party WAS a blast
i was worried at first because there wasnt a huge crowd to start with, but as jimmy started getting into his set, and the crowd started having more of those infamous mark drinks (ha!
), that place started going CO-RAY-ZEE!!! i think for a solid 2 1/2 hours, myself and most of the others in there were dancing non-fuckin-stop! couldnt id many tracks except owner of a lonely heart (was kinda dissapointed he dropped that AGAIN as an encore, what was up with that??
haha) regardless tho, NO ONE was ready for the music to stop!
thanks jonathan and jimmy for making my first surface party one to remember

oh, and i LOVE to new dj booth setup!! very cool how all of the amps are now RIGHT there at floor level as you walk into the back bathrooms
.. and great that there's still elevated spots for hot chicas to dance right in front of the booth

Yeah lol, we did show up rather late...
but then again, some one decided to leave their keys in gavins place, so we had to turn all the way back around to get them, right GUAT!!!!!!! lol
good times tho! Upon entry i felt a great vibe and was surprised it wasnt as full as i thought it'd be, but as the night progressed everything fit right into place.....
it was a perfect combination of great vibes, GREAT TUNES, and jonathan was a great host talkin to everyone and just showin his true colors.
Jimmy Van M.......you are the man. Thanks for being in that pic with us (where defuk is it, guys? who took that pic?!)
and great ch00ns.....i must say.......and i say this with all sincerity, the Mark is the best club in Atlanta.
Great night, just great
Great party! Much better than the Luke Chable/Seaman party. He started off with deep prog house for a good 2 hours. Gave the audience a nice groove to move to and then the storming tracks came.
Tune of the party: Gwen Stefani - What You Waiting For (Jacques Lu Conts Thin White Duke Mix)
Jordan agrees.
I took a bunch of pictures in LeeAnn's place because she was feeling ill and wisely stayed home. Included is the picture of some of us with Jimmy. I'll post it soooooooooooon.
P.S. The Mark is the best club in Atlanta.
This party was such an unexpected suprise. The mood was so sweet when we arrived upstairs that I personally was very suprised that there were so few people downstairs. Everyone who was there came to party and it was clear. By the end of the night EVERYBODY was on the dance floor having a blast. The Mark is indeed the best club in Atlanta. Special thanks to Jimmy V for playing the additional oncore and thanks to The Marks staff and Jonathan Allyn for allowing him to do so.
Overall great party and I am looking foreward to coming out for Noel Sanger
