Yeah, colorado got owned by teh snow yesterday. Saturday everything was bright and sunny, and sunday morning everything was covered with snow. Really not that big of a snowstorm IMO, the media is just blowing it out of preportion like they usually do. We had a much bigger one two years ago. Im not complaining though, i got a snowday !

Seriously though, snow isn't that bad here, it seems like its just the usual Colorado pattern: sunny, sunny, sunny, blizzard, blizzard, sunny, sunny, etc. I'd say year round its much nicer here than most people think, like the half foot of snow or so we got in that "blizzard" the other day has already melted here. So its all good.

lol.. well yeah i've never seen snow. I don't think I can handle it but I'm sure you are just used to it especially if you lived there all your life!

Yeah, I was living in Denver (Parker, really) just like 3 years ago when that HUGE blizzard decided to come by. It absolutely dumped all it could on us and by the time it was done, we had about 3-4 feet of snow in the suburbs. Drifts in the Rockies were measured at like 16-20 FEET.

The coolest part about it was that we got the week off of school! The worst part about that was it was during my Spring Break! If only it had done its thing a week earlier or a week later I would have gotten 2 weeks off, but NOOOOOoooo.

Ah, oh well - shoveling was a great workout.

You know it's a bad storm when the Tow Truck down the street is snowed-in.
