Electro Tune (Hard One)

I have only hear this song once, and it was played by the flash brothers in their gdjb set on 11-29-04...
i loved it ever since!
no one has come with and id yet...
the track has vocals that go something like this:
BE FREE, HAVE NO FEARS...
STANDUP AND JUST MOVE ON NOW...!

It needs to be id'd...
someone please do something!
