i finally got an opening mix for a radio station here...
The catch is that i have to play commercial trance (well known shit)
Tiesto,yahel,pvd...
So this what i came up with:
WARM UP:
Way out west-killa
Tiesto feat adain-Summercalling
INTRO:
randy katana-in silence
Yahel-voyage
Jan Johnsten- Skydive
CLIMAX:
DJ micro-supernova
Yahel-israel dreams
Ferry corsten-rock your body rock
OUTRO:
Backlawis-Sweet memories
Jan johnsten-flesh
1 big commercial fiasco if you know what i meen...lol

atleast get your names right 
dj micro never made a track named supernova. he used transa - supernova on one of his mixes though what got heavy circulation in the net.
on to the set. yahel's voyage as an 'intro' :d dude maybe you can play with energy quite well.. but using voyage as a third track... could work
maybe some newer sounds also into the tracklist perhaps? doing all oldschool set is not a bad way . but there ARE some really mindblowing newer tracks also

If you are going to drop skydive you may as well use the cosmic gate remake this is fat.
Some of the things there are maybe the wrong way round but depending on your audiance.
I wouldn't for example play Randy Katana - In Silence as an Intro track. If you hear that on a big system you know it's a big time track and has the ability to destroy a dancefloor.
Likewise, Rock your body rock, whilst being a cool track is better suited closer to the begining of a set.
If you are playing a radio set that's about an hour my advice is to start low and keep pushing it up. Don't worry too much about an Outro... go out with a bang.

definatly cosmic gates mix of sky dive, and also pvd - another way it a well know goodie!
A lot of ppl tend to worry about the opening track, but if the middle of your set is crap then ppl will just switch up. Try to choose some more trance tracks that are not neccasarily 'commercial', but that people will like once you play. if this is you one chance to make it then you dont wanna play too much commercial stuff coz then you might as well just put on a mix cd. Try to make a name for yourself. If you have tracks that you think other ppl would like then go for it and use them. Better to fail being experimental, than boring.
just play what you want. Come playing time, youll never know what mood youll be in.
Thinking about all these wonderful posts something has struck me.
You have been asked to play some commercial trance but let's face it, most of the stuff on the list isn't really that commercial in the eyes of someone who is not into trance.
Randy Katana is nowhere near being a commercial track even if it's popular.
Whenever you get a gig it is very important that you are speaking the same language as your promoter or radio show host and that you have fully understood the music policy.
Why is this important?
It's incredibly important if you want to get invited back.
