London vacation.. where to club?

I read the sticky up top with the info and stuff, but I have a little more detailed questions.

I'm from Miami, FL United States. I'll be in London, England for 5 days(May 28 - June 3). I like all sorts of electronic music. I tend to lean towards hi nrg trance and the "anthems," but you can't always dance with it from a fun night out standpoint.
some of my likes: Tiesto, Armin, PVD(don't yell at me, ha), Agnelli and Nelson, Blank and Jones

I like some house, but hard house or a whole night of it is just too much.

I will also have my girlfriend with me, think of her as "likes music you can dance too, and likes more vocal/euro style."
Samples: Sylver, Justine Suissa, Motorcycle

So I guess the best way to put it:

Which clubs have the most varied or just to have a fun night out dance music on Fridays and Saturdays?
As well as which ones stick to a specific genre?

We go to clubs on South Beach, if that would also help.

What do yo wear? When we go out, it's designer jeans(blue cult, D&G,) same for shirts and shoes... Please be specific as I'm sure it changes as to where you are going.
For guys: Designer long sleeve button down is the norm with designer jeans, but you can usually get away with a designer T shirt or the like, designer jeans and diesel shoes.

Girls: Either real skimpy as long as you don't look like it's from a department store skimpy, or classy but tight clothing.

What time does everyone get there? In Miami, usually don't get there till close to midnight.

Thanx,
Craig

nuh uh..... lol

I'd only be a fashion victim if I thought that was always the way to dress, but I know it's not. SoBe is a very narcisistic(did I spell that right) place, not that I agree with it, but the music is good and if you want to go to a club, ya better look the part or you're not gettin in.

I'm just from a differnt part of the world; however, I do have a very British sense of humor.

I know how much you guys like to bash Americans for our idiosyncracies, as we do yours, but I'd appreciate some helpful clubbing tips. I'm not a Republican, if that helps... ha

I know it sounds like a noob and poser, but I have will have my girlfriend with me and there has to be a compromise on the music choices.

Thanx,
Craig

What is a chav club?

Posted by Fresh Prince on Apr-11-2005 21:07:

Chav is a UK homie etc., read other threads about it, baggy clothes and track suits, that kind of stuff.
Anyway I guess it depends on a club, from the ones I've been to, you must only look half decent, and wear shoes preferably and you'll get in most places, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

know where, trance generation and wild child are 3 good trance bets....but i don't think they will be on in your time frame...

you miss The Gallery at Turnmills on the 27th May. Its Ferry Corsten and Agnelli and Nelson (or is it above and beyond...lol)

saturday, theres not much on. Fabric has prog on . Lots of DnB in Brixton.

You're coming here on a pretty crappy timeframe i'm afraid mate. You come on a sat and leave on a friday, and there is no mid week stuff pretty much!
