Baltimore

I'm here on business... and i have to say, Baltimore downtown is kinda cool, but everything else is a real hole. I'm really sorry to anyone out there who might be from here, but WTF??? everyone here is so RUDE. It was funny though, being mistaken for an Aussie.

Anyone who knows, please, point me in the direction of something in Baltimore that can be considered REDEEming, or at least some kind of restaurant that won't make my arteries sieze and body fat materialise instantaneously..........

I didnt like the city much either, but the Aquarium downtown is a must-see if you like that sort of thing. The surrounding area is (or was in 2000) pretty nice as well...

Sad

This circus is falling down on its knees
The big top is crumbling down
Its raining in baltimore fifty miles east
Where you should be, no ones around....

Solid tune.

There's a piece of Maria, in every song that I sing.

the aquarium is cool, and there are a bunch of great restaurants / shopping on the waterfront

i heard baltimore has the highest STD ratio of major US cities.

i saw these guys live in los angeles, with the wallflowers and graham colton band... what a wicked show.. very very well done. their band is huge too, like 7 or 8 people

Sorry, but bmore genuinely sucks. If you're 21+ go to felts point, powerplant, or some other bar area I can't think of right now.

The area by the aquarium is kinda nice. Espn zone, lots of restaruants, bars, etc.

yeh, figured... thanks for the info all...

got to wander downtown a bit... just by the harbourfront. hit the compulsory Hard Rock cafe (boooring, aside from some good tunes)... wandered down by PowerHouse so might go there later tonight. ESPN Zone looks freakin huge... bit too commercial for me i think. wouldn't mind getting to check out some of the house music scene, but doubt there'll be time.

oh, the beer here SUCKS!!!!!! Sam Adams is the only thing stomachable.... not even any local microbrews!
