Hey,
Listening ... BTW this is a Trance site so dont expect to get to much replys about ambient, but anyway I am listening, I love Ambient .
Distance, great guitars, very relaxing, liking a lot this tune mate, those pads in the background are sweet, kinda brian enno, very delicates.
In overall, your ambient tracks are great man, if you want to listen some of my ambient tracks go to hereMy Music. and listen to ZEN, I woulld like a review from another Ambient Producer.

I've seen a few ambient producers on here so I thought I'd give it a shot... know of any ambient forums?

skilzflix is a really good song... very atmospheric, which is what I try to go for in the music I create... zen is also good, but not as atmospheric... very well produced tracks...

That's really nice and peaceful and refreshing too.

Would love a crack at remixing something like this.
Nothing else to say about it really.

Nice one

cheers

ty talking about any song in particular?

I'm debating on sending some demos to certain labels to see if they'll take an interest in it... just want to get out of the bedroom and start performing...

I wish I had the knowledge on how to create forums... I've tried to find some ambient forums and they don't seem to exist... it would be worth the effort...

Distance: hmm really nice & chill guitar stuff here.
Negative Ions: this is real ambient, sweet. reminds me of boards of canada somehow.
Avalon: wow . this one is awesome. dream away... =)
Wonder: nice guitars again, even better then Distance.
Niraya: hmmz... not really my cup of tea =>
Dissolution: hm yeah an instrument would fit great I think. Why don't you try a piano for a change? =p

anyway, great stuff, keep it up!

ty for checking out taking the time to check all of my tracks out I was actually going to put more guitars into "dissolution", but nothing too extravagant... maybe I'll put a piano in as well...

coming from a guy that doesn't know how to mix his tracks right in a song... and has no concept of scales/chords... and doesn't play an actual instrument... and uses fruity loops... and then spams the fuck out of other forums I post on expecting to be hailed as the next best thing when nobody can take him seriously because he sounds like such an obnoixous idiot...

seriously, you got everything you deserved on FnK...

Nothing wrong with Floops. It's just it's name these days that makes it seem a bit noobish but it actually rocks as a sequencer.

+1 on the rest though, poster was a little out of order.

not so much that I have anything against fruity loops... and sorry if I took my rage out on it instead... its not that its bad, its just got a bad rep because a lot of young ravers get fruity loops, make 6 minutes of crap, and spam out forums expecting a flood of applause... and then get all offended when REAL musicians (musicians that have their houses full of pro audio software/hardware equipment and instruments... musicians that have invested their entire being into their art) tell them the truth...

and thats why I gave him the response I did... because this guy tries to give me condescending remarks ("good for what it is"... "keep at it") as if he put any time, effort, and deep thought into his tracks and I'm the noob... its retarded...

(note: for those that think I'm being a little hard on him, visit www.fnk.com to see the whole story)

Well, I did skilzflix and Zen purely with FL 4, and about all the instruments and software for to be a real musician, u can just have one in instrument or ur voice and to be a real musician mate , I am concertist in classical guitar and I just have FL4, Cubase and my guitar and I consider myself a musician .

like I said above... didn't mean to rag on the FL... and you have experience in music, and use cubase... the gear are just tools for the musicians to create...
