Made stupid mistake when ordering sensation tickets, help!
When i was ordering tickets for sensation white off ticketonline.nl there was 2 delivery options regular mail and Post Buitenland EU I didnt have a clue what Post Buitenland EU meant so I chose reuglar mail, but when I got the confirmation email it said regular mail is for the Netherlands only I live in Ireland so this could be a big problem!I have tried contacting ticketonline.nl 4 times in the last 10 days and they still havn't replied also tried id-t.com and they didnt reply either. What can I do?I have to get this sorted before they start sending out the tickets.
ask in the nl forums?
Its cool just after geting an email from them saying they will sort it out.Was geting a bit worried there that my tickets would get lost in the post.Anyway its sorted now roll on Sensation!
lol that's nothing.
last year i bought tix off that site, before they sold out, and selected 'UK' but gave them my home address in Australia.
I emailed them immediately afterwards to ask if they could send them to australia. They replied saying that it would take too long, so they would cancel my order!
Anyways, after a few weeks of confusion, frustration, several emails and a couple of phone calls I finally said "screw it" and told them to cancel the order (i had already purchased tix off another site by this point) but anyways about 3 weeks later i receive the (apparently cancelled) tickets in the mail ! lol.
and they were free
