Vinyl record shops in London

Well, I'm going to London sometime early in May. I'm going with my family so I'm not thinking of clubbing and such while I'm there. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone from London could tell me where the best record stores are (that sell a lot of vinyl). I'm mainly looking for techno, epic trance, hard trance and not to be forgotten, old school goatrance

and.. I know that juno is located in london, but do they have any record store (other than on the internet)? I couldn't find anything about it on their website so I'm guessing not but I'm asking just in case anyone know something else...

thanks,
jh

no, juno doesnt offer a real walk-in store
i would suggest massive records, though they are a bit pricey, service is great. they also have an internet store

XSF closed down about a year ago, unfortunately.

I've just replied to this thread in the UK section: Mad Records in Soho are great and as someone's already said, it's well worth making the trip to Oxford just to go to Massive. Plus you get Avid Records just two minutes from Massive - Avid's basement features the best collection of second-hand dance vinyl you'll probably ever see.

Plastic Fantastic is apparently well decent...

I went about a year ago and was looking forward to going to Chemical, but I probably should have researched beforehand how long of a trip it is out there I remember going to Virgin, which to my suprise, and also showing how truly pathetic the Denver scene is, had a much, much better selection than any record shop here.

But somehow I found my way to Soho and Mad Records (which was off Silver if I remember correctly?), and as was said before it's a great shop...wish we had one even half as decent as that out here
