Ladies, if you had to choose: a fat guy or a short guy?
Just wondering, who do you think has it tougher in the dating game? Out of shape, big boned guys or short guys? I'm not talking about obese 500+lb dudes or midgets though...
I dunno but I'm only 5'6" and I'm pretty aware of the girls I approach. Maybe I shouldn't be but it's just weird talking to a girl a couple inches taller, even weirder dancing with her. Sometimes when I get the shaft, I'm pretty sure it cause of my height.
Dammit... I wish I was taller.

How hard can it be to find girls 5'6" or less in height? (How tall is that in centimetres for those using the metric system?)
I got over the short guy thing a long time ago, though I'm 5'11. I'd pick whichever one is more handsome/better person. I tend to be attracted to bigger men however. Big as in a little extra meat on 'em.
Get some nice shoes with thick soles, the keyword being NICE.
I'm serious about this. Even if it's only an inch, it's going to make a difference, and never EVER slouch either.
Also, if you feel your height is really an issue for you, tilt your head a little bit back when you talk to someone, like a rich snobby bastard would when talking to a waiter . Thing is, on a subconscious level, to the person you're talking to, it makes it seem that you are taller.
i used to have a male friend who was really short. someone in my family then started calling him half-man (not to his face or anything, just private jokes and whatever). to this day we bring it up and chuckle.
he was psycho, crazy... i mean, in the asylum crazy. oh my god those were the days.
one night he was taking me out (i had just had a hershy kiss 5 mins before he came), so he comes to the door and he grabs me, sticks his tongue in my mouth, and says...."mmmmmmm, you taste like hershy kisses! mmmmm!" i didn't even want him to kiss me.
crazy ass.
he foamed at the mouth sometimes. he wanted to tattoo my name on his back. and he once told me he would sell his car for me. 
and he wrote songs of how he was such an ace 
omg so many more stories i could tell.
anyway, back on subject... who cares if a man is slightly overweight? i love cuddles, so why not? but i am a short person, i'm 5'2 and a half and a man who towers over me might be uncomfortable. so i think maybe the short average man wins/

big guys make me feel less self-concious around them than short guys...i'm not fat or anything but i'm not small and i like to be able to sit on a guy's lap w/o feeling like i'm going to crush him with the glory that is my ass.
yeah.. i think it's all about the type of girl this guy is going for also.
Eh, I don't know if I'm allowed to post on this topic, but I am like 5�11" and a half and I usually like girls a little shorter than that.
The reason being is that when they wear heels and are the same height as me, they become taller than me.
I think I am taller than most women though - as long as I don't date a basketball player, so I'm pretty happy.
Shorter cute girls really turn me on actually.
Yes I would date a girl with a few extra pounds too.
I see short guys as cute more than handsome... but i can't say i would go any shorter than my own height.... I don't like men to be too skinny either coz that can be a put off

Sorry, I didn't read any of the thread, so I was just answering who I would choose.
I would prefer a short guy over a over weight guy. Being short isn't something you can control, being over weight is due to your laziness.
