THE DETAILS

Broadway & Canal) For guest list please RSVP to Justin Kleinfeld on 212-226-5304 or [email protected]

New York City Inside Out album release party scheduled for Thursday April 28 at Canal Room. Pop Princess Tiffany to appear on stage for a live rendition of the duet, He Said She Said. Press meet and greet with Second Sun and Tiffany to be held at the Soho Grand prior to the show.

On Inside Out, Second Sun uses synthesizer and computer music to make full-fledged songs for regular people, with dance-happy melodies, sensual singing and fantastic rhythms.

Seeing Second Sun in Miami was totally my highlight of the entire Winter Music Conference. Each track kept getting better & better, I had to make my way up to the front & rock out with them. They are total electronic rock stars already! This is what the scene needs.
- Mike Schwab - Dance Music Program Director, MUSIC CHOICE

"One of the best live electronic acts I have seen in a long time. Their show was energetic and inspiring and far removed from the usual standard of on-stage laptop tweaking."
-Nate Mars PROMOTION / LIFT (Americas premiere dance music radio promotion company)

People are talking with Second Suns debut CD Inside Out (to be released April 19 on System Recordings) already a favorite of the dance music tastemakers, the act took it to the next level with an unbelievable live performance at the Winter Music Conference. On Thursday, March 25 Second Sun took to the stage of Social Groove's Tsunami Fundraiser at
Macarena's Lounge and absolutely blew the roof off.

The fans and industry in attendance witnessed a show that featured the blinding energy of front man Antoine, who is already being considered one of dance musics most engaging performers. Antoine and his partner Adam took the crowd on a ride through some of the new mind blowing songs of Inside Out, adding special touches here and there that really made the night unique. Then, they capped the evening with the first ever onstage performance of the duet
"He Said She Said" with Tiffany.

With a strong buzz now generated (URB labeled them a Next 100 act for 2005 and reviews are coming in from URB, BPM, Remix and DJ Times) Second Sun is taking the show to the big stage New York City. After recently rocking out in Berlin as co-headliners with Paul Van Dyk, Second Sun will perform an exclusive one-off show on Thursday, April 28 at the Canal Room. The evening is sure to surprise you on many levels: the quality of the tracks, the live performance, and most of all, the realization that dance music can still be loads of fun!

Moreover, Second Sun is working on top secret material to make this show *even better* than it was in Miami. As for the icing on the cake, Tiffany will again join Second Sun on stage for a performance of He Said She Said. (shiet is this EVEN POSSIBLE?!!!)

Prior to the event at Canal Room Second Sun and Tiffany will be hosting a meet and greet at the Soho Grand Hotel from 8-10PM. Here youll get to mingle with your entertainers for the evening while enjoying some free vodka! This event is not to be missed. <-- not sure if the Meet and Greet is for media or not though **shruggs**

this is GREAT. this sums up just about everything thats wrong with the music they've made in their own terms. computer music, songs for regular people, dance-happy, sensual singing and fantastic are some great key word.

screw that, im not going... i wouldve a year ago, because i couldnt imagine that they'd make such bad music and have such pathetic goals.

and i love how they try to use paul van dyk's name as "co headliners" in berlin... with the bogus 25 minute set they played next to paul van dyk's what, 7 hours?

have fun those of you that go. if they play empire and the spell, u've been lucky, cause that's about all the good music you're going to hear.
i hate their new "work", 'everything' is interesting, but that's about it

big let down for me... this duo

i despise the tiffany song.... ughhhh. please paul van dyk throw this off TPOD2. i know he'll make it good if its on there but they don't deserve that!

Posted by dj tek on Apr-19-2005 18:09:

i gave my copy of Empire to daniela like 2yrs ago....
