Is it Nukleuz who I remember from a past thread dressed up in a yellow tank top and underwear and headband, wrote hulkman or something on it, and ripped the tank top off? And posted that picture here?

Well I am absolutly positive I saw that picture posted on this forum before, minus the wording along the bottem. I also remember asking what was written on the shirt and head band, and then someone explained the wonders of hulk hogan to me.
