@ Tom Stop playing "illegal" Tracks!
I'd contact the administrators of the station he's playing on and lodge a complaint. I take this type of thing VERY seriously on ETN and have had to warn several amateur DJs about it and even throw one off the station for playing illegal tracks.
The administrators of the radio should take it very seriously even if the DJ dosen't. ultimately they are responsible for broadcasting it

I'd be extremely pissed too. Just to be fair, you know that somehow tracks always seem to find their way out onto the internet, just like movies and games do too... usually DJs have the good sense not to play blatantly illegal tracks, and furthermore not RUN TRACKLISTS advertising that they are playing illegal stuff.. I mean really how dumb can you be...
anyway I haven't heard the track but it would be silly of a label not to release a great track just because some asshat DJ downloaded it and played it... hopefully won't hurt you too badly

dude, if u put all your shit onto a website your asking for trouble, and u shud be happy your tunes are being played, isnt that why u made them in the first place, so people can hear them??
to many ppl making music for the money now, which kind of sickens me.

But don't blame Tom, if he didn't know they were hacked and stolen, then he couldn't possiable know that he wasn't allowed to play em.

At first, excuse me for my bad english.
But when I must take also position here as the owner of the radio to this incident. All my DJ's has the instruction, which they may not play songs, which are not yet published. It is, it has the permission of the respective producer. Furthermore my DJ's has the instruction that they may not play illegal copies of songs. I would like me, when absolute Trance lover, here of whole hearts with the respective producers for the behavior of my DJ's Tom Forbes to excuse. We will again talk this incident over internally with him.
This will not again happen!!
