HappyHappy [REVIEW] Eddie Halliwell @ Table 50

WOW, eddie is the man!!! he only spun for 1.5 hours i think, 12-1.30 but it was a great set. i got in at about 12.30, nobody even checked id's they just let you in. as i walk into the place there is maybe 40 people there, and that is being generous. i felt a little bad for eddie cause nobody came out to support him, he is meant for bigger things this this but at least i got to see him. His mixing skills are amazing he is SOOOOO into it and he never stops, i think my favorite track of the night was: Alter Ego - Rocker .

anyway got some good pics, even one with him, i was talking to him for a little bit and i told him i saw him last summer in ibiza and if he was gonna b there this year for the radio 1 weekend? he said he doesnt know yet but probably. so i told him he played a great set and he told me this was nothing, it was like practice to him, he was just playing his normal stuff, i REEEEAAAALLLLLYYYYYY hope he plays @ a bigger venue in NYC

I didnt c any TA's, but mayb u saw me, i was wearing a white Cream Shirt

ill post up pics later

I agree with your review (except I'd estimate the size of the crowd to be around 30) and I, too, felt bad for Eddie. It was very hard for him to keep people at the dancefloor, but a over-lit and empty dance floor simply isn't that attractive - no matter how great a set the DJ plays.

yea, you can't expect much more on a wednesday night.. HOWEVER, they totally didn't even print up actually flyers for the night.. so stupid!!!! hopefully they will learn their lesson.. i had a lot of fun still! alter ego - rocker is such a fun song, altho i prefer the original, not the one eddie played.

pvdobsession-- i remember seeing the guy with the cream tshirt!! i was basically dancing all night, i had on a black and white tank top w/ jeans. damn, i should have known that was you! lol

damn when we brought him to dallas the building was packed wall to wall over 2 years ago. I wish more people would've came out to support him the guy can really do crazy shit when he feeds off the crowds. Would've been cool to at least get one on one with him though. Glad you guys had fun!
