King Of Pop..Guilty? Not Guilty?

So what do you all think? Is he guilty or not guilty? I personally believe he is, but to his defense I will also say, (as sad and contorted this may sound) that I think that the kids parents were well aware of the situation...wanting to get money out of the situation they kept quiet, once they saw they couldn't get anymore they decided to go public...b/c i mean seriously as a parent would you allow your son to sleep in a bed w/ a grown man? I think not!!!

on another note i will also say that they might find him guilty, but somehow miraculously enough, he will be acquitted we all know how the system works here

so what do you all think?

I'm sure he likes little boys, and I'm sure he gave the kid wine or whatever. But its obvious this mom is after nothing but money. In fact this is not the first time she has ever claimed her son has been molested by a wealthy man. How many times has she got to use her son as a tool before she finally gets some cash. Sheesh.

werd. The mother is a nutcase. And so is Michael. But she has admitted to lying in a past trial where she got money from saying some security guards assaulted her. Plus the brother of the "victim" has also admitted to lying.
If you have followed the trial at all there are many reasons it is not looking good for the prosecution.

I really dont know... yes the evidence is stacked against him but it may not all be true.... i may just be saying this because a part of me hopes hes innocent and thats its all lies.
I feel guilty if i hear a MJ song on the radio or whatever at the moment...they were good songs, but they seem wrong to listen to at the moment.

you have a good point, the families credibility is definitely one to doubt, but one thing that does stick out the most is the fact that this isn't the first case against him

and his fascination w/ sleepin with children just doesn't sound right..-shakes head-

Let alone the mother admit she was lying already, and having made previous accusations of the same nature against wealthy people.

The kid also said to the principle of his school, his teacher, and various students that what was going on was a hoax.

That said, Jackson still probably does have a bit of a thing for kids. Seeing as this isnt the first time he has had it happen, and his manager stressed him to stop having kids over after previous incidents, before this one happened.
