D:FUSE "BEGIN TOUR" | & DIGITAL WITCHRAFT | Fri Jun 17 @ Mark ATL

MaddHatter Promote Group is proud to welcome back to Atlanta:

D:FUSE (djdfuse.com, System Recordings, Texas)

With a career spanning well over 10 years, D:FUSE Born and bred in Texas is a staple in the dance music scene as we know it. D:FUSE's philosophy is quite simple: "Music has saved my life, and all I want to do is pass on my musical message. I've been handed some wonderful opportunities and experiences in my life through music, and I consider it a great privilege to be able to give something back in return."

Now touring his new original works album " Begin" D:FUSE traveled the world to collaborate and record with artists he felt could contribute to his "Dream" album. "This album has been over two years in the making," D:FUSE says. "It's allowed me to get back into song writing. I've been a lyricist all of my life, and Begin is all about moving away from instrumental tracks and moving more into heart-felt emotion through words."

D:FUSE's DJ sets include true live performance. To add a completely new angle to his shows, D:FUSE uses the Roland HPD 15 Handsonic to play live percussion during his DJ sets, and he also features his own vocals as well as other artists for live PAs. D:FUSE, who played the drums for 12 years in various bands. "This allows me to interact with the crowd on a completely different level." With an on-going DJ residency at the legendary Release San Francisco and a busy touring schedule nationwide, D:FUSE still finds time to bring his music overseas, headlining in the UK at God's Kitchen, Debunk, Creation, Slinky, and Passion as well as at Club Q and Cult in Switzerland.

Always eager to share music with as many as he can, D:FUSE mixes and hosts "The People's Mix" one of America's top nationally broadcasted electronic music shows on XM Satellite Radio and a weekly mix on Q101s Sonic Boom in Chicago. D:FUSE is also a frequently featured artist on ThumpRadio.com and has had his own "Mile High Mix" channel on Delta Airlines' in-flight entertainment.

In the studio working with a number of notable producers, D:FUSE has managed to keep his style fresh. Under the moniker of Expansion with writer/producer Shane Howard, D:FUSE caught the attention of many world class DJs, with "Feel" featured on Dave Seaman's "Global Underground - Buenos Aires" compilation and "Perspectives" licensed to Paul van Dyk's label, Vandit.

Please welcome D:FUSE back to Atlanta for an amazing evening of pure musical bliss.

Back in the day he played trance. Check out his comps Psycho Trance 2000 and 2001. He then moved on to playing prog trance/house. My favorite comp is Perfecto presents People and there is also People 2. People 2 has an ambient disc where as 1 did not. Definitely check out his track with Joy called She Rides, monster prog house tune.

I don't think he's done anything of the calibur of Pyscho Trance 2000 since that album. It was by far one of the best Trance albums out for a long time. Jesus, just talking about it brings back memories. It sucks that he doesnt play the same type of stuff.

Oh man, last night was just madness.

i talked to some of the dudes from digital, nice guys.

i met so many people last night on the dancefloor. But i dont remember who they were or why i was talkin to them.

Ran into some peeps i knew from college, about 3 of them. Fukin awesome to see those bastard0s

but besides that all i remember was being on guest list, and managing to go into VIP.

i was so wasted. I dont remember anything from DFuse

the last thing i did was get a screw driver and im like "how much is it?" and the bartender says $6 and im like "i have $5" and gave it to her and she was chillin about it i suck at paying

anywayz, then i woke up in my bed, fully clothed and backwards with my feet on my pillows and my head at the foot of the bed

Matt- awesome partying with you man. you rule the skool.

asai- i dont remember seeing you at the cluB!!!!!!! only on the way there, and not really on the way back haha but great partying with as usual.

and stephen-, you suck at life
last thing i remember hearing last night was you sayin "javi's passing out.......he always passes out when he tries to quit the herb"

it's trU

good night
good peeps
good times

NO MEMORY!!!!!!!!

Invisible Grin

Good night, all in all....

Digital Witchcraft--- Dunno what happened to the atmospheric breaks I wanted sooo badly to hear, but their set got wicked for the last 30 minutes before Fuse came on.... couple of sick breaks tracks. Mostly a prog. house set.... wtf???

D:Fuse---Dunno what happened to teh Trance u use to spin??? I know, I read the press packet too, but I just had a deep rooted hope for some more trance... A few good tracks....Nice use of the Roland HDP 15 Handsonic to incorporate some live drums.... I like seeing DJs do more than just mix wax...

Anyway, thanks Asai, Javi, and Stephen for going...Loved living it up with all of you guys...

And THANK YOU HAGEN for guest list and for that wicked sick laser...that thing is the shit in that Club..adds sooo much character to the lighting....

Till next time
