Nexus !!! (reworked)

Hi mates,

Here a sample of Nexus. This track was created by me 1 year ago. This is a total reworked version. I thought it is a good track but with reason 3 a got to polish it Im busy with this one and im curious if someone likes it.

For now its just a sample, there comes more
I also put the old version on it. So you can check out the changes.

- i like the strong, techy bass
- that synthwork in the break sounds really nice
- overall good track, but i suggest you add a lot more little, detailed things throughout. listen to tracks by Haak, like Bedlam for example and see what I'm talking about.

thnx for the feedback. About the drums: They are mono dumb me..... There is more variation to come when i worked this one out.

No idea if you have listened to the comment above but the kick now is way too loud It pounds through my speakers.

For the rest I like what I am hearing, very intresing percussional fx. The break itself is original but ouch again the kick really comes BLASTING in
The leadsound is intresting but a bit monotonous. I like the build up of the track more than what happens after the break. You could make it more melodic but maybe it was intended to be a bit more progressive.

Anyways, good effort.

I love this song. The rmake has some elements from Junkie XL's rendiiton of World on Fire (by sara mclauchlin - dont know how/why I heard it). I definitely want to hear the finished product, oh and the pan is great!

Very cool track. I like the lead very much, original and catchy. Maybe a bit more reverb on it should be better imo.

Nice synths etc, nice feel to it and some really good ideas

The kick sounds a bit thin and I think although the perc you've got is really good it could do with more in there. I also think the bassline needs to be louder.

All in all a good effort, just a few things to sort out to turn it into a really good tune

first of all i have to tell that im working on the reworked version and wht u can download is still under construction (Nomen Nescio : there are no changes made after i dropped this topic)

The track is in a early stage and im working real hard on this one. I keep u aLL UPDATED

very nice stuff mate, i like the these left-right synths.. kick sounds very strong bassline is missing some low freq. and the mastering isn't really good.. a little dump
