let's say I got caught vandalising property ... how much is the fine or what is the punishment? not like actually destroying property but just sticking stickers on stuff

We'd smack you on the back of your head indeed. This wouldn't work for long as the staff would eventually remove the stickers and this is not really something we would be proud of.

If you really want to try it, do something you will remember with a smile on your face in the future, even if you get caught.

And don't hurt anyone nor get yourself into big trouble.
