Faithless Live

I saw these guys live last night, and they're absolutely amazing. It took two drummers, two vocalists, a guitarist and a bassist as well as Maxi Jazz and Sister Bliss to recreate their tracks live, but it sounded brilliant. They really took apart their tracks and rebuilt them to blow the crowd away, and the energy and atmosphere was unbelievable.

Hell, how many dance acts are there left that can put on a live show at all? Let alone one half as good as Faithless are? I don't think anyone can deny the band the credit they deserve.

I rate them as probably the best live act in the world.

They really are farkin incredible, seen them twice and they have absolutely rocked both times. Too many live acts just play the song the same as what's on the record, these guys are a completely different entity live. And the energy they put out and ability to work the crowd..........

Never EVER one to miss, they are seriously great

Off to see them tonight (I think - my mate got some free tickets a while back). Sounds as if it should be good

I would only ever consider seeing them or Leftfield live. Mainly because it's truly live, they have a drummer and all and play around and re-arrange the tracks. There's real soul and effort in it.

you gotta love it when they play Insomnia..............FUCKING CLASS.

I saw them live last summer..

It was really great! Lot's of energy and a truly amazing presence

ive always wanted to see these guys, ive seen sister bliss live, advertised as the dj from faithless good show..



these guys and underworld are the tow acts i wanna see...

It was in Doncaster.

Delerium did a rare live performance (they tend to stick to the studio) here in Vancouver for the Tsunami Benefit Concert. I didn't go myself but I hear they used a ton of live instruments, along with Kristy Thirsk and Sarah McLachlan singing too (it helps they are all from the same city ). However, that's a very rare instance of live EDM around here.

From what I hear, a personal favorite of mine, Banco de Gaia, incorporates tons of live instruments. Damn, the Brits always have the best live electronic musicians.

Anyone here ever see BT live? I hear he's prettty good.

never seen BT live but i have a live set of his from melbourne which is pretty amazing. also way out west - Live At Glastonbury is also up there...

when i saw him the show was nearly cancelled due to him being in a car crash and nearly dying.

man, i didn't know all these EDM producers do live acts. sounds fascinating.

yes, in Sydney @ Two Tribes 2003. he sucked dogs.

didn't stay much for hybrid. it was a dj set.
