What's he saying? choose to...?

The name of this track is probably part of what he's saying. This looks like the only hope for an ID. I cleaned it up and brought out the vocal as much as I could. I think I can hear "Choose to recognize life while it lasts". Then again I may be way off. Or maybe "...by itself". Anyone ever heard this before?

Yeah. 5 seconds. I posted this track already with no luck. That 5 seconds has the only vocal element. It's a long shot of course, I know. It's quite a nice track. PM if you'd like a full rip.
