Can't say it gets better, but Sasha & Digweed - Live at Delta Heavy Tour, Miami Arena 2002 is a personal classic.

Oh, and Richie Hawtin - Live at Maida Vale 2004. Best minimal techno I've ever heard, he got it all together on that one.

Oakie's classic "Home @ Space" EM and also his Godskitchen Mix (12-31-00). The later is quite underrated if I say so myself.
