Rasta Rolling Papers???

Just wondering what kind of rolling papers u all use.....

.....I dont usually roll with papers (usually Cigars), but I'm looking for "quality" papers that leave your mouth tasting the greens as opposed to tasting like burnt paper. Mind you I only smoke high-grade, but when I roll with papers, I still get that nasty taste (w/ cigars i dont get a nasty taste).....Please advise.....

Well, whenever we smoke J's, we use rolling papers that are called "Tally-ho's". I don't know how common they are but they seem to be the standard here in Australia.

Get Jokers if you can find them...they're hemp papers, taste great and don't easily rip.

I personally use Optimo Admirals/Sports ....when rolled right, they usually keep the flavor of the bud intact while smoking it. The only downside is that its hit & miss w/ the leaves sometimes (crackly, dry, etc.).

I use zig zags for spliffs. That's pretty much all I roll.

Blunts are great, but not tooo too often...You get a nice blunt wrap though, like Peach or Straberry....mmmmm always nice. And Brown Sugar blunt papers....I'd have to say they're my personal favorite. Jokers are nice too for a spliff, or some OCBs or just good ol fashioned silver slims. So many different kinds! I've always wanted to try marshmallow flavored papers.

i like the blueberrys, i picked up some when i was in amsterdam. i like a lot of papers for splffssss

Zig zags for small ones
Eco king size for big ones
OCB premiums for a very sexy small one
Golden Wraps for hardcore big ones (Persoanl Fav, due to their strenght and they are brown, so they look extra cool)

Ill just chop up a philly for my blunts, they sell em on the street here.

do you guys who don't smoke j's smoke lots of blunts? I always thought of blunts as a special occasion kind of thing, like i smoke them pretty rarely, but smoke j's more than i smoke from bowls.

when i was in NY, it was blunts blunts blunts.

i like dutches and phillys.. simple, easy to use, both roll differently tho, you have to unwrap the dtuches, and lick the phillys on a line down and then break...

blunts are always better. you don't necessarily have to smoke a humungo fuckin titan. on a sidenote... joints fuckin stink. i remember always bustin into class after lunch... man i reeked up the whole classroom.

but as for papers- i usually use the orange zig-zags, the 1 1/4 ones. the white ones are too small, and the kut-korners are fucking gimmick. i can't stand those papers.

as for blunts, garcia y vega's are good. and of course, the trusty philly. there's also these blunt wraps, i forget what they're called, but they come in a tube pre-rolled (in a cone-shape) and have a little paper filter at the end.. all you gotta do is pack 'em real quick, they're pretty convenient.

anyone ever hear of a blunt called "backwoods"? one of my buddies was tellin me, "you gotta buy backwoods blunts man, mystikal raps about them!!!" so i go and buy a pack to try it out.. and wow these blunts are impossible to roll. mystikal must be one crafty character to get these goin.

phillys and dutchies for blunts
bambo and rizzla for J's

there aint nuttin like going uptown to post or dykemen to cop the haze and roll it up in a philly.

bluntology - philly's are mainly used for higher grade bud since the paper rolls tight and you can cut out alot of excess paper. dutchies are for your regular dro's or other various grades of weed which you have in mass. a dutch is rolled by unwrapping the outside leaf, breaking the inside leaf, rolling up with the inside leaf and re-wrapping with the outside leaf. you can also cut paper out of the inside leaf pending how much weed you have in the dutch. the inside paper of the dutch doesn't do a good job of sticking so the outside leaf helps keep the blunt in tact.

Pot

Hash

(Last is best imo )

Posted by sym on Apr-26-2005 18:09:

I only smoke blunts, and mostly dutches, but phillies are good too.

As for blunts being a special occasion type of thing, I don't know about that, we basically just smoke blunts here so it can get to be like 4-5 a day :-p.
