State your mission

Well, when we're all fucked up on whatever is that floats your boat, there's always a mission at hand.

Here was my mission Friday night at Ferry Corsten.

So I bought Tim and a bottle of water each. 2 bottles of water cost me $10... plus the dollar that the waitress was so kind to give me back with $5 bill and change from my 20

So Tim goes to the dancefloor while I take a seat in the back and enjoy the music. After about 5 minutes or so, I start comtemplating... (rationally)

So I just spent $5 on a bottle of water that I swore I never understood the reason for "purchasing" water. So after thinking about that, I said to myself... WTF! Why would I spend $5 on a fucking bottle of water instead of a beer??? I am a beer drinker! I go to the clubs, I drink beer, and I bitch about $5 beers, not $5 bottles of water.
WHY THE HELL DID I BUY WATER?

So, the mission continues...

I get up from my seat, with my "full" bottle of water and walk to the washroom. IN the washroom, I proceeded to dump my full, $5 bottle of water down the drain. WHY, you ask? Because after thinking about it, it felt that that is exactly what I did with my hard earned money. I dumped it down the drain!

I left my empty bottle in the washroom and went to the bar and bought myself an ice-cold beer for $5.... and I felt a HELLUVA" lot better about myself!

Anyone got some other interesting missions that made thier night?

you could have simply asked for a FREE 'glass' of water

works everytime and you even get ice

I once had a mission to walk home from downtown Vancouver all the way to my apartment in Marpole (Oak & 70th) following the Oak Street bus route in case it caught up to me while walking.

Made it all the way to Kingsway, too.

haven't had anything very interesting lately, and the old ones aren't really suited for a public forum

my mission is since i can't sleep, to mix cdrs. but since i suck at it and im tired, its going badly!

I once hitch-hiked 2 hours to a rave, got picked up by an empty 10 seater Limosine, was offered a free hotel room, hitch-hiked back 2 hours the next day, then smoked a joint and went snowboarding with Rabbit in the Moon

That's the version it's been now narrowed down too

I HAd ten or twlce beer last night in like 2 horus. and my mission is, si to like go to ewrk in 2.5 hours and wati, k, i have to GET UP in 2.5 hour, and like, yeha, do work,m yeah so k hta mis my.. i mean IS my missio and like like, heajh, o,k the delete key sucks ass.

short term: finish my resume so i can get some work lined up, finish reading 'RoadSense For Drivers' (its sooo time consuming and absolutly boring, but it needs to get done), save up for a laptop so my productions can go mobile, and... pay my girlfriend back the four dollars i owe her.

long term: eventually get into vancouver community collage to finish my highschool and get my credits (ive looked into, it can be done), travel. travel till i cant any more, till i have no more money, and i start to miss vancouver again (not likely)
