Steve Porter and Felix Da Housecat at Avalon on Saturday

i know avalon isn't crobar... but it's steve porter's nyc album release party and last time felix played avalon he actually brought in a tolerable crowd and rocked the house... felix put porter's 'swanky' on his playboy CD so these 2 might play well together..

anyone else going to check these 2 out?

Saw Felix last time he was at Avalon (2/19) and had a great time. His set was all over the place, but was mostly chicago house , and I def enjoyed it. He played the album version of Marilyn Manson's "The Beautiful People" for gods sake....how many djs do u know that throw in un-mixed rock tracks into their mixes??? I will admit his set wasn't as danceable as some, but I had fun regardless.

What does Porter spin??? Anyone see him before??

porter is the man, trust me...you're in for a treat. It's called "porterhouse", funky tunes with a mix of hard beats...you'll love it
