Swirl help

Hey Guys, Flec over here from TOTA


i planin my first trip to montreal for the swirl weekend, im trying to get ahold of tickets for swirl and possibly the after party at beach club.... how can i go about doing this since i have been unsuccesful in reaching Louis. also if anyone has any suggestions for a good hotel to stay in ( good location/price)

im in the same position as you..im also coming forom toronto...you can get from admission.com but will cost you 10 bucks extra

Well, as regards to the tickets I'd recommend for you to either keep trying Louis, or simply arrive a day before the event and grab your tickets in person.

Concerning the hotel, well, it really depends on how much you're willing to pay for a hotel room. If you're looking for a moderately priced place I'd recommend the Best Western/Holiday Inn/Four Seasons on Sherbrooke. Someplace around there would be a short metro ride away from the venue and is right smack in the middle of Montreal.

However, there are several cheaper places. www.hotels.ca is a great site.

has anyone actually reserved a hotel through that website? im kind of sketchy when it comes to not speaking directly with the hotel just because i hate complications when we arrive

i'm looking to stay at a hotel in montreal as well. i don't know what your plans are. but if anybody's interested we could probably organise some kind of after party.

thats not a bad idea..i will be staying at the Quality hotel Downtown on the corner of Sherbrooke and Avenue du Parc...I will be with another friend...we could all hook up

i heard there was an afterparty at beach club? any info on this and how to get tickets?

there's an afterparty, but i don't have any infos, and i doubt anyone else here does....

holy geez,

the beach club is 30 minutes from montreal. i've never been there. is it worth the cad ride there and back? i'm all up for after parties but this place isn't even on the island.

yeah its more than 30 minutes. and in may i don't know if that many people will show up because its still not that hot outside... hopefully by that time it'll get better!

yeah, this trip to montreal is going to cost me cash no matter how i slice it.

when it comes down to it. is the beach club worth it?

has anybody got anything good or bad to say about it?
