Eminem - Lose Yourself (Joey's Dark Dementia Mix)

Its not trance an its not meant to be serious. Just a remix I felt like doing.

EDIT:Final Edit now up.

Cool track. Turn up the vocals though. They drown in the mix. But I think everything will be better if you turn down the pads.. Heh, I will also try to remix this track in a short while. Vocals are nice.

Cheers man. Only worked on it for a day so i'll probably revamp it after ive finished my other projects.

Looking forward to hearing you're version though dudey.

Hey JOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEey

My internet speeds are fucked up to fuck, so I couldn't stream all of this. from What I heard though it was pretty slick though, very nice beat and i did like the bass

Good stuff man.

Piano in the intro sounds a little off. Then again, that may just be the way it's supposed to be.

Acid is really cool. More rappers need to start using that.

Yeh, the vocals need to go up a bit more in the intro.

I think you could make the synth stabs a little punchier and fat.

The vocals seem to be offbeat in the last chorus.

Not bad, from a musical point of view. Nothing really orginal going on, but fun to listen to, nonetheless.

if ur going to do rap, refrain from using any techno-ish sounds, I learned alot from my "rapper" friend....

i don't really like this 1...

instead of using that pad/watever ur using in the background, use Strings (real ones)

for the lil acid sound, use something else; don't really know exactly what they used in the original

the beat doesnt change *like in the original* when Eminem begins the chours--sounds weird like that....

the percussion sounds like house/trance percussion, no good...

----------------------------------------------------------

if u weren't going towards a more rap-ish remix then forget what I said....

i give it a 4.7/10

sounds alright

In other words, a remix. Not similar to the original

cool acid to. good job

Uhmm eminem.. ok. Yikes the synths are to detuned, not nice. Nice percs tho. Piano is a bit amateurish like this.. no clarity, just dull sounding
Nice acid thingy. Mix could use some brightening.. Skipping thru the mix now.. it's all the same, 8 mins is jsut too long.

Oh well experimenting is good, keep up dude

you're joking right?

Ever heard of Lil Jon? One of the biggest names in club rap beats production and he uses supersaw in the majority of his beats.

In regards to the remix: like said before, it sounds too much like the original beat but it's a nice recreation. Add delay to the piano!!

good effort man

i like it alot more now

btw, the chours sounds a lil off beat..

Just listening and IMO the vocal just sounds like it has just been dumped on top of the track and sounds all out of tempo, and out of sync. No stucture to the whole thing, the emotions in the vocal build up but your background music doesnt really go anywhere. Eminem really puts a lot of feeling into his words so I think the track should have the same sort of emotion in keeping with his lyrics. To me it just sounds like you have built up some new percussion and strings and around his lyrics and just stuck his vocals over the top.
