I havent touched the mixdown much at all yet and its minimal
effects. any feedback would be greatly apreciated

Listening, Intro is pretty good, drums are fine though, when the synth appears is a bit simple though, the mastering sounds okay though in my Pc speakers.
For to be a noob is pretty good, keep it up .

made some more changes in the last few mins...
added some delay to the first synth line and plenty
reverb all round... seems a little more 3d now i think
