Carpool tactic...will it work?

This summer I will be doing an internship a certain distance from my house. Unfortunately the space between is filled w/ horrendous traffic during morning/evening commutes.

I was curious...I have rather dark tinted windows. What if I were to put a mannequin or a life-like blow-up doll from my personal collection of in the passenger and/or back seat?

I would dress "her" up like normal...put on sunglasses and a hat

Would it work? If I do get caught would I get the normal carpool fine?

so yeah you can do it..but beware...depending on your location...if you are willing to pay the fine (it's $270 here)...enjoy the HOV lane ... lol

They also sell male specific ones to women that are scared they will be carjacked if alone, but I can't find that site

how many god damn times can you be witty by using the word "dummy" in reference to things other than mannequins?

hehe people never think motorcycles are HOV riders and I was ridin down in CRAZY traffic and this dude just whips in behind me obviously alone. There is some plain clothes chick with a huge walkie talkie standing there. Im like...dude, pay attention. Cops walk out of the bushes and right past me to him. I can see him point and yelling about why arent they ticketing me fackers!

one of the first threads in a while to make me laugh

The question is, what would you do to explain a blow up doll in your back seat to anyone who asks

Nou my friend...I could care less who asks about the blow up doll

Actually, the blow up doll would only be used while driving. Once I get to work...or once I get home I would deflate the lovely girl

SO no one would really ask about her b/c they wouldnt see her

What I'm worried about is the cops...LOL...what would they think seeing a doll or "dummy" in the passenger seat

Would that carry a heavyier fine? I dont think so...I think they would probably laugh at such an idiot (Me)

Ahhh...well...I'm going to try it

What the hell...even if I get one ticket it should be worth the effort
LOL!

Like I said I'll try

Wish me luck my TA brethren

The only thing that worries me
is

the lifelessness
of a blow up doll or mannequin....hmmmm

but I guess if I go at 70mph...who would notice in detail?
