How do I post a god-damn picture?!

I want to put up a pic in my post but I can't fuckin do it!I've tried attaching it but below it says the only valid file attachments are mp3's?

Go to the postoffice mail box & post the picture there. Remember to put the picture through the slot that says "international".

You're posting the pic through your comp. Host it on imageshack or something else, then redo it.
