Okay, i know someone who says Tiesto plays hardcore. I was like, "huh?" On the other hand, i said "No, he plays trance and a little progressive."

Ive been listening to tiesto for 3.5 years and i havent heard any hardcore from him May be there are remixes of a tiesto play to become hardcore. yes thats probably true, but tiesto playing hardcore? hmmmm

I hope some of you can reassure me about tiesto playing trance rather than hardcore.... or am i missing something?

tiesto absolutely does not play hardcore...by hardcore i'm assuming happy hardcore. tiesto's style and mixes don't even have the slightest hint of hardcore influence...i dunno who told you that. but whoever did doesn't know what he/she is talking about.

tiesto usually starts off slow and progressive then goes into more uplifting and epic stuff. i've seen him twice this year and i have about a dozen of his sets on my computer...his dance department set from 10-27 rocks.

Ya i have a ton of sets on my computer too. I know he plays trance. But someone i know told me he plays hardcore....which is quite odd. Its something you wouldn't ever expect someone to say.

Even up to this day, the dude that goes to my school still thinks tiesto plays hardcore......All i say is, "um kay..." No matter how many time i tell him tiesto plays only TRANCE, no hardcore, he doesnt listen.

Tiesto used to play hardcore sets, he was a hardcore DJ a very long time ago. But he decided to stop spinning hardcore and start with the trance. For this, many hardcore-lovers hated Tiesto, he betrayed hardcore...
Now everybody seems to be forgotten that.
Still stays one of my favorites.
