can you ID the artist of this picture?

i have an odd request....i got this picture off of some website awhile ago, and i can't remember what it was. i really would like to know the artist. there is the artists name in the lower right hand corner, but i can't make it out....looks like something clown? dunno....anyone seen this before, or can someone decipher the artist name?

Are you sure this is a cd cover? It may be an interior of a cover but I'm not really sure. I'm certain it's not a Conjure One cover. The same could be said about Delerium.

Check the following: Paul Schwartz, Lisbeth Scott, Aria, Amethystium, Balligomingo, Noise Unit, Pro>Tech, Intermix, Synaesthesia, Front Line Assembly, Equinox, Lunik, Poe, Kirsty Hawkshaw, Nataraj, Decree, Will, Cyberaktif, Kristy Thirsk, Zoe Johnston, etc.

It looks more like art work not dedicated to a cover but maybe inspired by one. I'm just saying this because I couldn't find it. Good luck.
