its economically sound from the promters pov. see the big name djs tend to play on the weeekends. so during the week they're usually free...or cost less money.

i dont think its too far...i'm not super familiar with LA. but if memory serves me correct...my girlfriend got a room at the standard downtown after Giant Village on NYE and that was right around where The Mayan is

BLAH! Hell no! No more Tuesdays for me. Last time I went out on a Tuesday, I was a goner and couldn't even get up the next day. Digweed comes to LA often now so it's not that much of a biggy like it used to be.

Buy your presale ticket and go in the door at midnight! It will technically be June 15th, and legally you'll be 21+ Usually for Middle of the week stuff you dont need to worry about not getting in if you buy presale. Plus the Mayan is usually pretty good with lines so I dont think you'll have a problem!

i just checked groovetickets and its not up there. i checked diggweed's website and it says its a BPM anniversary party at the mayan. sooo maybe its not open to the public? c'mon which one of you ta's has the hook up on this?
