Song in the Ibiza's Children video

Ok, i REALLY NEED to know the name of this song....it is played in the background around 7:00 (from 7min to 7.5min) into the ibiza's children documentary (this is in the videos section of this site just in case you didn't already know) when a guy in a blue/white shirt is talking about drugs. PLEASE HELP! thanks,

Yeah i know it's harder to pick up but the one i'm interested in is played from 7:01 to 7:12 and from 7:17 to 7:35.
