no one cares about your top ten charts more because you made a song...
ok seriously peeps...do we have to have every single person that has ever made a tune or mix on an online radio station start their own monthly top ten thread? you can't post in the larger threads with everyone else? i mean mitiska and nino usually start the monthly threads and everyone posts in them after that...but do we need a new thread for every single producer under the sun to whore their work?
i got a better idea...how about you people just post your website or your new track w/ sample or whatever in your sig...and then actually participate in the forum from time to time...i garauntee you will get more exposure for yourself and look like less of an idiot...just an idea...

I totally agree Jason.
Most of these fools contribute nothing to the forum other then their useless spam.
i agree to an extent. Although I am sure they produce tunes they like...and when they have them to play they are gonna play them....and these lists are songs youd play....
so it makes perfect sense to list them. and I highly doubt you are gonna get everyone to list their top 10, excluding any track you had help producing.

well i just see it like this...
if you wanna start a new thread about your new release in the releases section...that's fantastic...get the word out.
if you see someone has a question about one of your mixes or tracks...that's fantastic...answer their questions...
if you're doing a radio broadcast and you wanna let people know...that's fantastic...start a tracklist thread and post a link for peeps in the radio broadcast thread...
but when it comes to some of the other shit like top ten charts whatever...we don't need a thousand threads for each person that produces or dj's...if you are the first to start the thread...that's fine...whore away, but these threads are clearly there to flash a name...and then they probably don't even come back until next month for the next flash...it's annoying...

I completely agree. I even got suspended for raising similar points up a while back.

if you make a sticky thread for all the top 10 lists for the month then you are going to have a huge amount of songs and no one will care enough to read through the entire thread. i think the suggestion about putting a link in your signature to your top 10 list on the dj's website is the best solution.
