Heavy bassline tunes

Ok, so this friend of mine wants me to spin at a party for him in a month, and this is pretty much my first time spinning out (it's just a house party, but the people like electronic music). Anyway, he said that I should most likely go with progressive trance/house with heavy basslines. So far I have the following tunes that I'm planning to bring:

BT - Mercury & Solace
Paganini Traxx - Zoe
Cass - Kenjin
Leftfield - Song Of Life
Sasha - Xpander
Bedrock - Heaven Scent

I need some recommendations for more tunes, preferably older ones, with a heavy bassline but that have more of a progressive edge. I guess stuff similar to Sasha's GU013 would be the type of stuff I'm looking for.

Maybe try getting a hold fo some Andy Moor productions/remixes. He came to mind when I thought of "heavy basslines."

Andy Moor and Whiteroom dude, that's all I have to say. Have you heard the new Above and Beyond feat. Andy Moor? bassline is sick.

What's the name of the tune? I'm looking for stuff that's a little slower than "normal" trance, if you get what I mean. But nothing too fluffy

Michael Burns - Forwards has an amazing moving bassline. it gets people going whenever I play it, and it's relatively slow as most prog tunes go (127 I think).

Truffleshuffle doesnt know what he likes, so he posts questions in multiple forums so people can tell him exactly what to play and like.

he just sounds like he's pretty new to the progressive field; he wants recommendations so he can look them up to see what he likes out of the recomendations. Any real DJ loves to hear what others like and recommend, it's part of being a DJ, you listen and learn as well as inject your own spin.

as for my recomendations:

Pole Folder - Salvation on Slavery Sins (Nick Muir Mix)
Hammer and Bennett - Language
Matthew Dekay vs Proluctors - Bad
Space Manoeuvres - Quadrant Four (Furry Nipples Main Mix)
Luminary - My World (Hydroid Remix)
Gabriel and Dresden - Arcadia (Ozgur Can Remix)
James Holden - A Break in the Clouds (Ozgur Can Remix)

..most of these are ~128 BPM and have awesome basslines.

actually i doubt hes ever gone and found something for himself and most likely just takes all of these reccomendations and downloads them on kazaa or wtvr.

i wouldnt quite call him a "real dj" either.

Dude stfu. I've gone to www.dancerecords.com and buy my own stuff without asking for recommendations. But in this situation it saves me a ton of time trying to sort through the hundreds of thousands of records they have on the site so that I can find specific stuff that this guy wants for the party. Give me a fucking break, every other day on these boards someone asks for recommendations that fit a certain style, but whenever I post you bitch me out. Fuck off.

Dekay - Behind Secret Borders
Tyrantanic - Breeder (an oldie but a goodie!)

SANTIAGO NINO puts the thickest basslines in his productions. you can always tell when he produced the track just from the bassline. the basslines he puts in are amazing on big systems.
