Had a great time.
Also a pleasure so see everyone again.
I'd get into the icky details of the other sound system but I think I'll just leave it at; HAD A GREAT F$#@'in TIME!@!

Great times folks! Rather upset that the sound system upstairs was a pile of broken shit - I would've loved to have heard Kevin's set with the bass pumpin'.
Ray - I want a tracklist of the stuff that you and Richard Raiban played, grrrrrrreat tunes there.
So great to see everybody again, and the others whom I met for the first time: Angelgirl, djn8goulet, and probably a few others that have slipped my seriously sleep deprived mind. Also I know she's not a TA, but Frank's lovely lady, Rochelle, has some SERIOUS MOVES. Perfect match there!
All in all a great night, sorry I had to step out early but I was super tired. I just walked in the door now, about 4am. G'nite folks

A very brief note:
To all of you TAs that came out tonight, words cannot express how thankful and awe struck we were at the show of support. You truly are gems. It brought us inexplicable joy to see you on the dance floor.

We haven't forgotten about the great disappointment, but we've decided to let it rest momentarily.

Well I do have to say what an awesome night! I was only there til about 230am but I had the best time.. some serious kickass tracks were played and I can say I danced my ass off like nothing else before..
Ray, it was my first time seeing you spin... what an amazing job and I was glad to be out to support you among all the other dj's as well!
Track of the night for me had to be Armin's Blue Fear!!!! OMG I could have died 
It was nice to see so many TA's out tonight as well... there were so many of you I already knew and so many new TA's that I met tonight as well so I am not gonna list you all (cuz I don't want to forget anyone).. you know who you are 
Jamie.. it was awesome to finally meet you.. hahaha..heard so much about you and finally the night came to meet ya! Got off to a rocky start.. good thing you remembered my name after the third time round 
Sean.. my sober partner in crime!!! you were tearin it up tonight and I was happy to be right beside you tearin it up as well.. you motivated me to keep my ass moving and I am proud to say that I continued that on when I got to guv as well! You better be front and centre with me at the next one with me

great party,sad that someone stole the money but anyway:
whoever lost nokia phone without rubber cap on the back,i gave it to the dj who was spinning in upstairs room around 11pm.
otherwise then that - great night,i was working the day before and i wasnt not sure about if i'll be able even to move around ,the weird thing that 3 smirnoff ice bottles didn't do their job and i was almost sober
hope to see more parties like that one.
nice to hear the nite went well (apart from the theft). i'm so sorry i didn't make it out last nite .. was so exhausted after work i went to take a nap and didn't wake up till this morning !!!
anyhow, i hope the money can be found and i'm happy that i was able to help u guys out with the CD production and what not. special bigUPS to Michael & Sally (Mercure & Allegory) with all their hard work in this, also to HeidiJane (angelgirl) for giving them the much needed backup! you guys are some great ppl and i'm sure all is appreciated!
Thanks so much to Michael & Sally for organizing this great event. I had a lot of fun, and regardless of the theft, it was great to see everyone together to support the DJs and the scene.
I was so happy to see my friends again after being away in Vancouver for the past half year. Everyone asked why I came back, and frankly last night is exactly why. Being around my friends and enjoying the music that brought us together is why I came back. Thanks for making me feel welcome at home.
And it was especially awesome for me and djeso to be back spinning together again...you played great. Your tracks 'revolution', and especially 'avenge' were amazing!! You had people going nuts to avenge, and its good to see your hard work paying off
To whoever took the money, or just a general comment on the incident:
That money was not on its way to line the pockets of a single person, but to those devastated families who were victims of the tsunami. The hearts and souls of many people went into organizing and seeing through the event, and one single act of greed has taken that all away. Many lives would have been touched, and much good done in the world. Any further effort to aid in the tsunami relief fund will be fully supported by me.

On a more positive night, It was a good night. Got there really late despite getting rushed out the door REALLY early, heh but glad we made it down. I think the line that made the night for me was in the car on the way down "Its not the destination, its the journey" Even gettng home turned into missions itself, but we got to see the gino mobile so that made it all worth it 
Great to see all the regular players out there, some who I have seen recently others I havent seen in ages (Jeff! Great to finally meet your wife!) Till next time!
Awesome night... great being next to so many fabulous TAs... I think life can't get any better than having great tunes and meeting/greeting fantastic people. Not to mention kick ^ss dancers. TOTAs rawk!!!!
As for the nasty missing funds....I hope the ahole rots in hell How does one live with themselves knowing that they stole from charity raised to help people who are truly in need. I totally agree with what Richard Taylor wrote and....My only hope is that this person feels some kind of remorse now and gives it back somehow.
Otherwise...I think maybe we'll have to do this again, and this time at a different place with better security...and also aiming to raise double the funds to make up for this nastyness
hmmmm maybe a TOTA boat cruise would be nice?
Anywayz moving on, it was awesome finally meeting more TAs...We only took a few pics...but I'll post them up as soon as I can.

Either way I had a great time. This city has some good local DJing talent. Everywhere I turned my head there was a TA in effect busting moves & smiling. Nice!! Met a few new faces like b4kokz and Rich, 24/7 (great meeting you, sorry I didnt recognize your name at first!). Great night guys, and hopefully we can make up for the losses.
Funny story after the event: A buddy of mine found a yellow sign on the corner of Duncan/Richmond that a street promotor used for 2 nearby hiphop/R&B clubs. My buddy picked it up went around chanting "2 CLUBS!!! ONE NIGHT!!!" and a bouncer ran across the street raging and grabbed that shit. LOL!

Stealing that money was just plain simple fucked up. Whoever did that shit should get a serious ass kicking.
First patry since i got back from school and damn, wicked times. Peter and Rich tore it up upstairs, too bad some douche kicked off the amp and killed the music but still you guys rocked it.
Then we went downstairs and Raiban killed me, thats all i have to say (make sure you let me know rich). Mossey and Trembley were wicked as well, had me dancing all night.
Awesome running into old faces and meeting new ones.

First of all big thank you to Michael & Sally for making this night possible and giving me and Rich a chance to play together once again after a long long break, which was awsome, and I can't even put into to words, RICH you played awsome yourself \o/. It was a great party and a great party wouldn't be a great party without great people, awsome vibes, and totas rocked the place!
As for the person without a heart who stole the money,is the kind of person who would probably rob a homeless for a dollar, pure disrespect.
Great to see you all, it was supa fun!
