In appreciation of Orange Fanta

My friend brought me 2 4-packs of fanta from italy to thank me for picking her up at the airport and man this stuff is nectar! Why can't coca cola sell this stuff here? Minute maid is pure garbage!!!

This stuff is amazing, especially mixed with vanilla vodka...

WOW, I didn't think people were so into Fanta, I've been drinking it since the 70s. I prefer Fanta Grape but Orange does have a very unique taste.

with most major soft drinks, they use ingredients which are locally found. My thinking is that in North America they use more artificial ingredients because they are cheaper here.

I know in India, all soft drinks taste better, i think the use more natural ingredients there. They are cheap.

actually i think you are wrong here! there are some countries where they have much more real stuff than others... for example i remember the fanta in gambia was so much more asome than that in sweden!!!

Posted by djn8goulet on May-16-2005 14:36:

Orangr fanta used to cure hangovers for me at a job i had once.

American Orange fanta is like minute maid. Very syrupy.

The European stuff tastes like it has more real juice in it even though it may not LOL. European fanta is like orangina but with more fizz.

Don't you guys realize that Fanta was Coca Cola's answer to marketing fruit flavored beverages in Nazi Germany, and it was the beverage company's German company name, which was different (from Coca Cola) only to make them appear as if they weren't Nazi sympathizers.

Sorry to shit on this thread, but drinking fanta makes you support capitalism's endeavours into the heart of evil. Even though this evil no longer exists, it's all about the principle.

LOL. I actually only said it to be funny. Fanta actually holds a place in my heart as the orange beverage I drank for an entire summer when visiting lebanon as a kid. I wouldn't drink anything else, and I was known in the family for having an orange tongue at all times.

Can't forget pepsi's answer to Orange Fanta. Marinda. Orangina rocks my world too.
