hey, I've been looking for the name of this track for years now, hopefully somebody may have heard it. I thought it might be an easy one to ID, but on other forums I haven't had any luck so far...

This is ripped off a spanish tape from 1997 but three years ago I happened to hear it by chance while I was in England, so I figure it was probably a popular track when it came out.
