Please help me to ID this great old trance song!!

Please help me! This song is driving me crazy!! It's between 1992.-1995. with the famous vocal sample "I love you" which actually originates from old electro song Yello - I love you.

Plz help me!! I really wish to know the name of this old gem

I do not believe that it belongs to scott brown.
