Love Poundin' Sensation "Lavender Sky", featuring the Waldorf Microwave XT (Melodic Trance)

Hey everyone! Can I please get some feedback on this one? Finally got my Mbox, allowing me to throw guitar into my music, which I've been wanting to do without having to sample it. Also finally learning to use this Microwave a lot better. Hope to have this signed soon! Enjoy!

If you take a closer look to your post, you'll probably notice that the link isn't complete here

Well, for the music:

Nice bass and sounds in the beginning. Rhythm is perhaps too loud or has too much gain on the hi-EQ. A string sound would be nice at the breakdown. I dunno but something makes it sound very empty there. The part after the breakdown is good, although I don't like what you did to the bass drum. It sounds as if it 'wants' to turn into breakbeat, but in an ard way.

The lead is cool but the track is missing something imo,

It needs pads and strings, specially in the breakdown.

It may also need FXs specially in the build up to build tension, add more atmosphere, and introduce the Breakdown (i:e Acids, Wind FXs, etc)...

The bass seems to be too overpowering at times...

Don't like the hihat that is used, too loud and it stands out too much, a softer ligther hihat (and more percussion) would def make the track groovier...

not too exited about the breaks, a full deep steady progressive track/beat may go along better with this particular sound and track.

The Synth you are using does sound very nice though and again, I am digging the lead (although it can be better by changing the notes/lead for the Bass).

Outside of the loud bass, your EQ is really good imo, everything sounds vibrant and clear.

Hey guys thanks for the feedback... I might try to arrange something more progressive and add more complex percussion to make it a little more dancable. Anyone else?

I like that darkness and simplicity you dont need those strings and pads @ 0:59.. bass feels really nice makes good place for the breakbeat.
sounds nice and simple! really good.

umm.. GOOD LEAD.! dnt change it!!
yea ive been waiting for #:58 where the "lead" gets "higher"..
nice lift up feeling.. 5:00 feels like your mixing it over to a new track :S weird.. but nice !

Overall: I really like the simplicity and the dark sounds in the beginning.. just, nice work!!
