What styles do ya'll produce?

What styles do ya'll produce? I produce trance most of the time, but sometimes I make hip-hop and classical music aswell.

i dont know...it really varies for me. ive been doing alot of experimental/ambient/idm sounding kinda stuff lately. actually right now im working on a microhouse/minimal sorta track. even with the random styles, i have really started to develop a...signature sound.

Same here.. I really haven't got one special style I produce, but those who know my tracks can easily point them out! I guess it's got to do with how I eq stuff etc.
Mainly trance/house(progressive), but sometimes cheese too! I'm beginning to experiment wit chill too - kinda cool!

I used to knock out a bit of d&b/breaks, might even do a new d&b tune now, thanks for the inspiration!!

but yeah mostly driving trance

Progressive Trance, really soft stuff. I dont really like to produce really out there kinda songs with hard synths. I do the kind of Andy Moor stuff. And minimalistic.

Posted by Fundamental on May-22-2005 13:56:

Mostly shit trance.

Posted by flamingopikken on May-22-2005 14:56:

I normally produce tracks in the harder edges of dance and trance (harddance & hardtrance).

But I've experimented with chilltrance, hardstyle and various others.

I used to make acid (techno and trance) but I'm starting to get back into the old style trance. I still find it hard to make a track without a 303 in there somewhere.

almost anything!!!

my favs are

Trance/Prog
House
& any electronica stuff

also, i make film score music and love using real instruments. i've also made rock songs that sound better then some of my friends rock bands using just me in the studio, so that kinda put them to shame lol. don't limit yourself, music is life, and theres so many possibilities!

With Koris we produce different kind of trance. From progressive-trance, to trance and hardtrance (even Hardstyle but just once! lol).

And for myself alone I work on some breakbeat, drum'n'bass, lounge and hip-hop projects.

Synthpop meets agressive hard trance elements and breakbeats thrown in for good measure.

Whatever I vomit out into my computer is what will be produced which is mostly house, synth, break beat, electro, techno, oh who gives a shit?

Posted by Traiden on May-24-2005 14:25:

Oh, and I forgot to say I've done some hardstyle too.

Posted by djAlexg on May-24-2005 20:03:

Really enjoyed producing epic/uplifting trance but now i'm more keen on HARDCORE(harddance-trance)!!More power imo!!

Hardcore till i die

Posted by thoughtlessjex on May-25-2005 20:56:

I tend to stick to the Goa and Dark styles, myself, although I'm not a stranger to the odd prog or uplifting track.

I also put out one or two experimental, noise or glitch tracks every so often, mostly for my own amusement. I should post some of that shit in the promotion forum.
